Real Auto Glass was quick and easy to work with. They were very nice over the phone and in person. They were able to replace my windshield the next morning (could have done it same day) and were done in 30 minutes. Pricing was less than the competitor my insurance was pushing me to use.

I broke the side view mirror on my 1996 Honda Accord and rather than a body shop I hoped a glass place could fix it. I went in and asked the fellow behind the desk if he was Frank. He said yes. I told him I read an awful lot of good reviews online about his place. I then explained what I needed. He checked with his supplier and could get the glass the same day. That afternoon I got a call from them saying that their repair guy was in the neighborhood and would fix the glass right at my house! I was blown away.
