“I highly disagree with Sara D. been doing business with ARC for 5+ years and the communication (through e-mail) has always been on point, if I thought something was a little to expensive for my taste, Rick, worked with me and my budget over the years, This company has a A+ rating with the BBB for over 18 years with-out a complaint, my entire family has used them in their HIGH END homes (1.8 - 3.2 million) and have never ever had an issue. I highly recommend ARC, some people (if you look at profiles) just don't have a good thing to say about anyone (1star rating, should clue you in) that some people just can not be pleased, , no matter how many hoops you jump through for them. ARC you guys ROCK, keep up the great work, service and communication that you always have. Tile places are a dime a dozen so it says something you all being in business for 18+ years! Again, thanks for the great work on my 3 bathroom renovations.....“
