“Very good construction company.They did a good job on home with a very reasonable price & fast! Can't go wrong & I'd hire them again,only minor gripe might be that there was still some bits of debree around [they cleaned up most of it though!] & some cigarrette butts on the ground & the driveway was blocked for awhile with their truck & equipment,but they were cool about moving truck so we could get out,but hey-no major sweat & not worth chipping a star off review,Nothing's perfect. Good people, family owned.Hire them,you won't be sorry!just tell them ''no butts about it''[lol!] in response to owner, don't bother looking into matter,that was a different crew from 7 years ago.No of the recent crew smoked & I'm really not sweating it at all.“

I KNOW OF THE COMPANYS REPUTATION AND WAS WILLING TO GIVE THEM A TRY, IF ANYONE EVER HAS A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH ANYTHING, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A WORLD OF GOOD AND CALL THEM FIRST!!!! AL NOT ONLY ALL BUT PROMISED ME HE WOULD FIND THE SOURCE AND FIX IT, HE STOOD BY HIS WORD AND RELENTLESSLY APPROACHED THE PROBLEM FROM EVERY POSSABLE ANGLE AND WITHOUT ANY DOUBT IN HIS MIND SOLVED THE PROBLEM!!! HE PERSONALLY CAME TO MY HOUSE TO INSPECT AND MAKE SURE HE WAS POSITIVE THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED!!! IAM FOREVER GRATEFUL TO AL AND HIS CREW TO THIER DEDICATION TO HELPING PEOPLE THROUGH HARD TIMES WITH THERE EXPERTISE AND KNOWLEDGE OF HOME REPAIRS. DONT CALL ANYONE ELSE BUT PHIL BEAULIEU AND YOUR PROBLEMS WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF, THIS YOU CAN BE SURE OF!“

“We recently completed a full bathroom remodel with Ideal Kitchens and Bath. We also used them approx 10 years ago on a complete kitchen redo. As with that remodel and now the bathroom, time has not changed the way Ideal Kitchens and Bath performs their job. It all begins with the owner, Steve and continues from there with the Project Coordinator, Carol. The carpenters, Scott and Jesse, were equally outstanding and very respectful of our home. These two highly skilled carpenters were efficient, tidy, accomodating, and most of all very trustworthy. They also made process improvement suggestions along the way which were well thought out, thus helpful to us. We are so pleased that they were assigned to our project.As with any renovation project that you outsource, the determining factor is not always based on cost. It's the intangibles that can make a big difference. At all times, we had great communication from Steve and Carol and equally important, they were 100% committed to their timelines that were presented to us and the carpenters followed through on those commitments.We cannot overstate the quality of work from Ideal Kitchens and Bath from the 1st day when we walked in their doors to the last day when they completed the job. “The sales representative was informative on the products that were shared with us. He explained everything in detail. We did not feel pressured during the process. After signing the agreement we still had several questions and he was always available to answer or get the answer for us.

From the delivery of the material to the installation process it was excellent. They were all very polite and left our property clean.

We had one concern and they came out to the house the very next day to address our concern. We are very pleased with the out come and the roof looks beautiful.“
