Vonnahme Eye Care

***** I got a tiny line of Super Glue on one lens of the very expensive glasses I purchased at another optician a mile or so northwest of Vonnahme. I went there first, thinking they would give me 'returning customer treatment'. After they tried a quick rub with alcohol, I was told I needed to replace both lenses. The cost was $300. And when they found that my prescription had recently expired, the exam was to be an additional $300. They also asked if my retina specialist had written me a prescription, (which makes no sense, as retina specialists do not do so). I left, went to Vonnahme. The new lenses would be about $120. The exam $90. While I waited for my appointment I soaked the glasses in alcohol for 5 minutes. The glue slid off nicely, but I was now impressed with Vonnahme, so when I sat on my glasses two weeks later and broke a tiny hinge, I went in to Vonhomme and they fixed my glasses in two days for $30. :) The girl at the counter was very nice. I will be back.
