It's always welcoming, and the instructors I have worked with are great! I have mostly done class with Joli, and she is such a kind-hearted person who really makes you feel warm and welcome. I have done classes with Kate, who always make sure to look around to make sure you are doing well. I have attended a couple of Reiki Sound baths - that I enjoyed a lot, even brought my 13 year old daughter with me, and she loved it. Every experience I have had here has been wonderful. I highly recommend it! They are the reason I am more into yoga, meditation, and healing.
