“Today I took Malerie’s glam makeup class for beginners and it was much appreciated, I learned so much more than I thought I knew. She was very informative, she had a makeup manual for each of us and a makeup box of makeup to use in class and take home to practice and that was so nice! The manual has step by step process beginning to end for a glam look from skincare to the application process, it also has visuals of recommended products which I appreciate. Besides all those great things she did an amazing job explaining things and being hands on when we needed the help. I loved that she offered this class because I’m a hands on and visual person and needed someone face to face to guide me. “I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years, and it is so hard to come by a place that is so personalized and special like Lucy's. Recently in the last year, I wanted to start getting my nails done at places that were smaller and more personalized, and this is as personalized and private as it gets!

When we first walked in, Lucy made us feel very welcomed and at ease. You are the only person there and all the attention is focused on you. Lucy was so accommodating that she let my mom and I come in together and hang out with each other.

Lucy is very funny and keeps the conversation going. Her attention to detail is amazing, as I was getting a more complicated design. She has a lot of patience and wanted to get the design just right and make sure I was happy without rushing. You can tell that she really enjoys what she's doing through her work.

I already booked my refill with the same nail design even before I left Lucy's place for a refill for for my gel-x tips and design.

Although there are nail salons that are much closer to me, driving half an hour is definitely going to be worth it to me each time to get my nails done at Lucy's for more gel-x tips and gel pedicures!

My amazing tech did beautiful work to begin transitioning my nails to the gel based process used at Peter's Nails. I'm happy about tthis because the gel process is less toxic for both techs and customers. I have to say my nails look better now than they did when I first had them done. “We went in prior to our rehearsal dinner to get our nails done. My husband and I both got spa pedicures, I got a gel manicure, and he got his hands cleaned up. Our nail techs were absolutely amazing! My nails came out amazing and I got many many compliments on them the day of my wedding. Edward was my technician and was funny and cracking jokes throughout the whole experience. I definitely felt like I had been going there for years. If this place was closer to home I would be a regular customer! So sad they are on the other side of the state!“

When I got in, I waited about 5-10 mins, not too bad because they had people already in chairs.
I was asked what I wanted and said I wanted a full set acrylic French tip with a small design on the ring fingers. Black and sparkly pink preferably. The lady I had was super chill, I have extreme social anxiety and she was very nice. She did exactly what I asked for, and always had me check to make sure it’s what I wanted. It’s super cute and I appreciate it, definitely will come back again!
