I work at Hairspace and was working during Dylan’s haircut.
From the start , Dylan was talking very negatively about other salons giving bad haircuts.
The communication was lacking and it didn’t seem anything could please Dylan.
There was no charge for the small trim.
Chrystal is not only an excellent hairdresser, but an absolute saint. She has been cutting my special needs toddler’s hair for the past couple of years, but our recent experience was absolutely above and beyond. My son was having a uniquely difficult time with his haircut, and Chrystal was patient and flexible beyond words. I didn’t think the haircut would happen that day, but she found a way to make it happen. I’ll never forget it- thank you for being so wonderful, Chrystal!
