What a pleasure! Great communication from first contact to finish. We had our new house rekeyed and the basement door was apparently a commercial metal one with no lock. We have options laid out for us and everything was done quickly and well. Considerate and professional, highly recommend!

Mark is awesome. I locked myself out of my boiler room on one of the coldest days we’ve had, and needed to get in to turn on the boiler. He came out on a Saturday and fixed the issue quickly and smoothly. Kind, professional, affordable. Thanks Mark!

Needed a new outside door knob. Listened to what I wanted. Did not try to upsell and actually found me a less expensive option. Scheduled an appt quickly and did the job efficiently. Would definitely recommend for any lock service.
