Ken did a great job installing a new kitchen faucet, was very efficient, explained everything, and was nice and friendly. Boulanger's is fortunate to have him. The company also demonstrated exceptional kindness and professionalism by responding within the hour to a broken and leaking toilet the day before Thanksgiving, saving a family holiday. Jason called back on a Saturday afternoon about leaking from the ceiling, provided empathy, discussed the issue, and explained the need to wait until Monday for parts. A repair person, John, showed up early Monday morning and worked for hours with a carpenter he enlisted to locate the source of the leak, making small clean cuts to do so. They found the problem, John bought the new part and repaired it well. The carpenter will return to patch and paint the ceiling. This company is as good as it gets and is highly recommended.

I live in Easthampton and called Boulangers the day before thanksgiving. I was having my whole family over for the holiday and my toilet was broken and leaking. I just knew the holiday was a bust but called them for what excuse i would tell my family i arranged after turkey day. A young person overheard me and the secretary on the phone and came to my home WITHIN THE HOUR and made sure my holiday was saved. A kind act that meant so much and i will never call anyone else after this experience. Truly going thw extra mile for no other reason than to help when it was needed. Very kind and professional and this company is as good as it gets. Thank you Boulangers.
We experienced leaking from the ceiling in our family room on a Saturday afternoon. Jason called me back that day, provided empathy, discussed the issue. and explained how they needed to wait until Monday to fix it as parts wouldn’t be available on the weekend. A repair person showed up early Monday morning and worked for hours with a carpenter he enlisted to locate the source of the leak. I had anticipated a mess, but the two worked in unison, making small clean cuts to locate the source. They found the problem, the plumber bought the new part and repaired it well.
