I started my journey with Alternative Health in 2018. At that time, I was 50 lbs overweight and have struggled all my adult life with yo-yo weight loss. I needed structure, accountability and a new lifestyle which included eating clean and exercising. All great desires but I couldn't get started, until a friend of mine introduced me to John, owner of Alternative Health. I met with him and decided that I would give his program all that I had.
