Last night, a friend and I went to Mercedez' sunset meditation at First Encounter Beach, which she holds at 6pm, I believe every Wednesday night. This experience was one I will never forget. I have sat in on meditations before and I do meditations on my own... however, Mercedez has a true gift of pure love. Her meditations were different from anything I had experienced before. I have been searching for a massage therapist that also does energy work for some time after the one I had in Chatham, NY retired. Mercedez has just upped the experience. She has a wonderful, thorough touch and did excellent energy work. Thank you Mercedez!
