A 2nd sash appeared and they held my original sash so I could receive both together. Through the wait time my contact left champion and I thought a disaster was going to happen. Jessica contact me to infirm me that she was absorbing responsibility fir my order. Things worked out without a hitch. Champion has stood by their promises also on another manufacturing issue discovered at installation . Satisfied customer!!!“
