Gregory came out asked a couple questions ran a test and found 1 side of the capacitor to be bad. Replaced capacitor which he had 1 in his truck and A/C is back up and running. Took him 15 minutes to diagnose and repair saving me over $5800. I would strongly recommend them. Honest, efficient, and reasonably priced.“

“Paul Jerrier from Jerrier’s Oil Burner Service had installed a new furnace in my home in the dead of winter in 2019. We had a 2 year old son at the time, and Paul was working as a contractor for a different local heating company. “Our kitchen drain was leaking behind the cabinet, flooding our laundry area downstairs. We called and Andy came by to check things out, came back later and made the repairs. The cost was reasonable, he left the under sink area cleaner than he found it, and most importantly, no more leak!“

“We moved into a new home two months ago, and once it got warm out, we realized that there was something wrong with our AC! We scheduled an appointment with the technician from Nickerson, and he came by. The technician was on time, extremely polite, very patient with us (we had a lot of questions!) he told us what the problem had been (someone had knocked the float out of the compressor - probably one of us) and how to avoid it in the future. He then gave us a quick tour of our system - how to troubleshoot it, how to change the filters, etc. Overall, very pleased with the customer service!“

Most recently, my furnace shut down because the company that I employed to insert a new flue liner in my chimney Inserted a liner that was too small, causing both the chimney and the furnace to become clogged with soot.
