“Paul Jerrier from Jerrier’s Oil Burner Service had installed a new furnace in my home in the dead of winter in 2019. We had a 2 year old son at the time, and Paul was working as a contractor for a different local heating company. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, and my wife was given Paul’s number by the former owner of that local company. Our furnace needed servicing since the burner kept locking out. With the colder weather rolling in (late October/early November), two sons and a baby on way any day, we decided to reach out to Paul directly.He was easy to contact and came in right away to do the cleaning and maintenance, and had replaced a few parts that were not working properly. “We moved into a new home two months ago, and once it got warm out, we realized that there was something wrong with our AC! We scheduled an appointment with the technician from Nickerson, and he came by. The technician was on time, extremely polite, very patient with us (we had a lot of questions!) he told us what the problem had been (someone had knocked the float out of the compressor - probably one of us) and how to avoid it in the future. He then gave us a quick tour of our system - how to troubleshoot it, how to change the filters, etc. Overall, very pleased with the customer service!“
