They were great I’m disappointed that it took an electric bill to tell me there was something wrong. However, once I emailed they had someone out here. Ordered the part and was back within 2 weeks or so. They showed me everything is working and answered all of my questions. Now I need to do my job so I don’t have this problem again anytime soon. Very professional and still happy we went with solar.

The technicians were good. They repaired what was required. This is a new system and there could be hiccups. Beacon solar must not charge us for such issues as it is nothing g that we caused.

I have been with Mike/Beacon Solar for the past few years. He is personable and knowledgeable. Mike is always super responsive and I cant't think of anyone who I would rather work with other than Mike. He is the best!
