The staff was extremely friendly... asked if I needed help, and also inquired about my fur-babies. This store carries freeze-dried raw food, which was a surprise. They have Stella & Chewy products, but no Primal. They also had a decent selection of cute dresses for my new grand puppy, and cost-effective treats for her plane ride home. I prefer to shop for my pets either online or at the local pet store on Shaker road. For an impulse shopping trip and a big box store, it was not a horrible experience.

Found the store to be a little smaller than others but seemed to have everything we needed. The store was very clean more than others. Location was good, and help was very knowledgeable.

This Petco was worth the drive from Springfield. They were friendlier, cleaner and more willing to honor Petco coupons than the Petco on Boston Rd. And the store didn't smell like 15 wet animals!!
