“October 2023. Matt arrived on time and ready to tackle a yellow jacket infestation in my home. He did a thorough inspection and made quick work of attacking the problem. He used a state of the art chemical to put an end to my problem. He went out of his way to make sure the chemicals would get to the nest. He removed an outside large nest as well. He has been in this business for 29 years. He made sure that he did track anything into my home. I was very appreciative of his help.“

I mistakenly emailed them (I thought it was municipal/county animal control and not a business) about a legal question regarding injured deer involved in vehicle collisions. They responded very quickly (they could have just ignored my email) and explained they were not in a position to answer that and provided contact info for animal control. They obviously knew I wasn't reaching out for business, yet they took time to respond anyways in a prompt and kind manner.“
