They each took the time to learn about me and my history, what I was feeling, what I was thinking, what my support system was - it's an incredibly comprehensive and holistic approach. They build your trust and you feel like you're talking with friends, not being "talked at" like many medical professionals do. My mental fog was so bad that I had no idea where to start, and that's where Cindy and Kerah came in. A general treatment program was put in place which included self-care, education, supplements, prescriptions and dietary/nutritional changes. As things progressed, we tweaked the plan or tried something different if plan A wasn't working for me. One of the best features was messaging between sessions - the response time is unbelievable and it feels like I have a 24 hour support system.
