“I would recommend this company to anyone! I had a unique situation with a heater that is no longer supported by the manufacturer and they went above and beyond to get it repaired! They stuck with me through the frustration of not being able to get support from the company even though they and I tried to reach out to them. Through it all and multiple visits they did a great job and kept the price reasonable. I cant say enough good things about this company! They will be my go-to company from now on... but next time I will most likely have them replace that heater instead of trying to repair it.Service: Heating system repair“

“Needed whole house A/C replaced. Found the right choice in Wright Choice.

Bought house with 20+ year old air conditioner which finally died. I contacted 4 companies for quotes. 3 came to house to look at the situation and one asked me to send photos. So now I'm down to 3. One from a big local firm wanted to measure every room in the house even though I told him the size we had did a good job cooling before it died. It was clear he was looking to up-sell so now I'm down to 2.

The remaining 2 firms had almost identical quotes. So since price wasn't part of the consideration we were looking for service and support. It came down to a big local company vs a very close-by family business.

“Jeff was communicative, professional, and friendly throughout the whole process of replacing our defunct hvac system in our antique home. He helped us understand our equipment and financing options, processed rebate paperwork and answered any questions we had before starting the job, as well as during the job. When it came time to do the work, he was more organized about scheduling than we were, and completed the job in the timeframe he originally estimated. We never felt pressured about anything, but felt like he knew his stuff and could be trusted. That’s a huge thing when someone is doing work on a major component of your home. “I had Tom install two new gas furnaces in our home in late 2019... he had it done during Thanksgiving week, even cutting his vacation short to make sure we were all set because of a complication, making sure we had heat. Since then I have reached out with other issues and he has 100% responded and taken care of things, absolutely no charge. He GENUINELY cares about his customers!!! Today, on a Saturday, I texted him about one of our furnaces not working-- he called me immediately and even though he was out of town on holiday he walked me through some potential fixes and sure enough had me up and running within the hour. “Having had a Plumber/Heating Company for near 20 yrs when they apparently went out of business suddenly we had to find someone when the fan died on our furnace. My husband looked online and saw great ratings for Modern Heating and A/C and we liked they were local so we called and heard back within 10 minutes!!When my husband explained the problem (which happened 3 years ago as well), it's only a 5 yr old system but not a common one and finding the part last time took a long time.
