BAYSTATE OUTPATIENT CENTER EAST LONGMEADOW

I was super excited to hear there was a location near by me so i dont have to travel as much for my testing. I was ready to walk in a greet the receptionist and check in but my first incounter was horrible. She was rude to me. Its my first time in this building but im sure i wont be back. I think thats probably what she wanted. After seeing how she greeted me compaired to the other paitents who checked in after me.... Its clear persons of color are not welcomed to this practice in eastlongmeadow. Better stick with baystate in springfield dont cross the line who knows if your quality of care will change based on your skin tone here.
