I had the most amazing hydrafacial with Emily Jaconski. She did dermaplaning before the facial and explained it would help with removing the dead skin cells/peach fuzz. Emily also explained this would help me to get the most out of my facial and it really did. I was GLOWING and immediately after my skin looked amazing! It’s been a few days and my skin is still glowing and I’ve received so many compliments about how great I look. Will definitely do another facial with Emily. She’s so sweet and makes sure she explains everything. I have horrible allergies and it takes a lot for me to trust someone else with my skin but Emily made me feel so comfortable and really made sure she took great care with my skin.

Bought house with 20+ year old air conditioner which finally died. I contacted 4 companies for quotes. 3 came to house to look at the situation and one asked me to send photos. So now I'm down to 3. One from a big local firm wanted to measure every room in the house even though I told him the size we had did a good job cooling before it died. It was clear he was looking to up-sell so now I'm down to 2.
The remaining 2 firms had almost identical quotes. So since price wasn't part of the consideration we were looking for service and support. It came down to a big local company vs a very close-by family business.

Everyday when we go into our master suite addition we marvel at the quality of the work. We have done many projects in different homes and by far they are the most professional organization we have ever dealt with.
I wanted the price on a small piece of cat furniture, and Alexa went pretty much to the ends of the Earth to finally find a price. I also found the prices on the fancy feast, wet food to be lower than any place else around.

I’ve used Chris for multiple properties in both western and central Mass. Each time he does a great and extremely thorough job. Got a wonderful pedi and dip mani here. Clean place, lots of color options, and they also have pairings of color for regular polish, dip, and gel, so you can get the exact same color for mani and pedi without having to search for something similar.

Jackie is one of the best stylists I have ever had, she lifts my hair to blonde with precision. I would say it is one of things that is her expertise. I have also had an amazing balayage more than once and have been amazed at how natural it looks and how well it grows out.
I always leave feeling like a goddess. Jackie wet cuts, dries/ styles, and dry cuts. No corners are ever cut. I have been going to this salon for about maybe 10 years+. It feels like my hair is a work of art.

I am very satisfied with the work performed by the 3 person team that installed my approximately 150 sq ft linoleum kitchen floor. They arrived around 7:45 AM, and worked diligently in a coordinated fashion and finished about 4 hours later. They also had to move an electric range and a fridge in order to put the flooring in that area, and that was done without problem. Communication with the team leader was also easy. Looks great, a giant improvement over the previous floor. Bottom line, they did a great job, and we're pleased!

I live in an older house and needed to have the attic floor insulation checked for asbestos before having it removed. I called Abide and both staff who answered on different occassions were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The staff Larry came to my house to collect samples and was also easy to work with possessing the same qualities as the staff I previously talked to. I highly recommend Abide and will be reaching out to them again when we have to get a different part of our house evaluated for asbestos.

I chose to see Dr. Z @East Longmeadow Family Dental probably 13+ years ago. I have never regretted that choice. He had his work cut out for him with me... He said - don't worry we will fix it! \\u0026 he kept his word. If I ever have a problem or emergency I can always count on him \\u0026 words can't express that kind of appreciation! Very caring, compassionate \\u0026 informative dentist. I don't know what I'll ever do if he deservingly retires some day! The rest of the staff is second to none! ❤️ The best of the best always! Dr. Chow was great. It usually takes another doctor in that office a hour or two to do a filling but Dr. Chow did my filling on five minutes.
This is simply by far the best dentist's office I have ever been to. The staff and receptionist are excellent, as well as is Dr. Bonavita. I had some cavities filled and it was very comfortable and he took his time. Highly recommended!

The customer service was great, the cleanliness was excellent and the ambience is very relaxing. My massage therapist was excellent, the pressure I was looking for was perfect. I even became a member. I have been a member to other places, but this one is the best yet.
