I tried to fix it up myself to get me through the long weekend, which it worked, but I definitely needed a professionals help! I have RCL a call and they had someone out the next day to take a look a provide me with pricing and different faucet options. I had a new faucet by the end of the day and was good to go! “I called Rob for help with one of my outdoor water spigots. Somehow it burst and sent water shooting out like a fire hydrant. He answered his phone at 6:30am, which I just thought I was going to leave a message, and was pleasant as can be. He asked for pictures of the pipe, etc, and I sent them later when I arrived home from work. Within 15 minutes, Rob called and told me how to repair it myself. It was just in need of a new hose clamp! Silly me! “I just had my 20 year old submersible well pump quit on me and called American Well & Pump. They were able to come troubleshoot and replace it on the same day I called. The guys were great, they had all the parts needed readily on hand, they took the time to answer all my questions and I was back up with water within a few hours at a reasonable price. I would recommend them and would definitely use them again if I'm ever in the same situation.“

“He was the first of 5 to return my call. He returned my call in 1 hour - only 1 other returned call. It was a small job to replace a leaking air pressure valve in my boiler line. He came out next day. When he showed up I mentioned water hammer in my dishwasher and he agreed to install an arrester on the spot as well as replace other leaking pressure valves that I had not noticed when I made the first call. Great guy with tons of experience. He is my first call from now on and the guy recommend when someone asks me for a good plumber in the area.“

Most recently, my furnace shut down because the company that I employed to insert a new flue liner in my chimney Inserted a liner that was too small, causing both the chimney and the furnace to become clogged with soot.
