I was a client already for massage therapy, like anyone in this time I have a lot going on and also a lot of unresolved trauma. One day I was scrolling through instagram Ana Paula page came up and I went to go take a look and see what was it about.
First of all Ana Paula is a very calm and positive energy person, as soon as I walked into our session I felt save and understood. During our session we had beautiful release moments and she also introduce me to taping therapy which I love and use during hard times. I have learned so much how to keep my self calm and how to navigate through my emotions. “This was a first time visit for both me and my wife for a couples massage. We went on Saturday and saw Scott and Debbie. It was a great massage and both therapists were very knowledgeable and very good at what they do. I required a little extra work with my back and Debbie was very patient and took the time to work the muscles and then explain other treatment options to me that may benefit me. The office was very nice, clean and calm. A great ambiance to relax in. We felt that we developed a nice report with both Scott and Debbie and will definitely be back.
