John had the idea to use masonry veneer panels over the existing concrete wall vs replacing the wall and starting from scratch. The end result is even better than we imagined. “We hired MWA to design a patio and landscape plan for a new pool addition. While we knew where the pool would go and had a rough vision for a replacement retaining wall and outdoor fireplace we left the design up to Mike and we could not be happier with the result. He navigated a challenging elevation and a yard that required landscape privacy as it was wide open to the next door neighbors. The patio looks better than we could have imagined, as does the retaining wall and new landscape beds. He designed beds to complement the pool area while also adding privacy using a number of different bushes and trees and re purposed boulders dug from the project to add design elements. We trusted Mikes vision and experience and he absolutely did not disappoint. We would highly recommend Mike and his team. Lastly, in a time where pricing and materials have been inflated and inconsistent he was extremely fair. His part of the project was the only one that stayed on budget.“

I do wish they came by when it was to to change the timer from like three days to days. That would be a nice added service. “We had a son that had an unexpected surgery and needed us to care for him and our grandkids out of state in NC. I called Breeze Property Upkeep expecting to use them for six weeks until we came back to Westport, MA. I believe I would have a very difficult time finding someone to take the job of cutting weekly as this was a short term opportunity. Breeze Property Upkeep not only took the job, they were reliable, came with two guys to cut the lawn and blew dead grass and leaves. They even cut grass using a pattern in the grass.
