All around excellent experience. The best part about dealing with Fred is the follow-up should you have a problem after installation. I had a defective hot water tank that failed 3 times in the first year. (expect the worst with everything made in China and Mexico today) Fred went the extra mile each time to get me back up and running quickly. THATS the difference with who you choose.

Called in an emergency and Fred was very responsive and agreed to come out, even after 5pm. We had a pump issue and Fred was able to fix the issue and charged a lot less than we expected to pay. Very grateful for his help. Highly recommend!!!
