We have a fairly uncommon brand of furnace..one that many companies refuse to work on.. Recently, we had an issue with the water tank associated with furnace ..we opted for a separate electric hot water tank.. They sent Octavio and his intern out to install it... Octavio was WONDERFUL!! Personable, polite, knowledgeable, meticulous, all while instructing his intern. They got us up and running very quickly. We are VERY pleased with today's service call.. Carol and Lee Flodin
