My latest saga started yesterday morning. Of course this time of year our boiler stoped working. That meant no hot water or heat. Called Master Tech on a Sunday morning and left a message about having no heat. First thing this morning (Monday) Janet the secretary called and informed me that she would have a technician out between 2-4p. Within 15 minutes Steve the tech called and told me he was on his way. Steve was very professional and fixed my plumbing problem immediately I will be using this company in the future. Steve represents Master Tech to the fullest. We’ve been using Master Tech Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs since we bought our home in 2021. They have been nothing but professional and reliable, and we would highly recommend them

Cliff and his team are awesome. Our business brought them in for some maintenance, but a larger issue became evident. Cliff had our problem resolved much more quickly that we could have hoped. Great service!
