In January, Renee Comeau was excellent with coming up with multiple design iterations in a short amount of time, including solving a design conundrum that had vexed us for years. She helped us with materials and layout and gently nudged us towards decisions that, now that the kitchen's done, were spot on. By March, we left for travels and Rich, Bruce and their team got to quick work. Demo started right away and they kept us appraised at every step through the easy-to-use Co-Construct platform. We could see progress via photos, address unexpected discoveries (look, that beam doesn't connect!), make last minute design decisions, etc. They stayed on-track with timing with only a couple brief delays, so the work was virtually done by the time we got back in late April. And they stand by their work. When the shelves didn't come out quite sturdy enough, they tracked down rock solid brackets and replaced them without any fuss. High-quality, trust-worthy, no questionable surprise add-on charges. We are so happy with their team and the work and couldn't be enjoying the results more.“
