“You know when you have an impulsive urge to chop off you hair and it needs to be done same day ? I searched online and found this hidden gem like two minutes away from my house. I took a chance and booked the first available appointment with the newest employee there according to the website. Abby did an amazing job! She was thorough and took her time. When I told her I wasn't sure of what length I should go with she suggested we start small and keep chopping off as we go since we can't add hair back. I loved that. She genuinely didn't seem like she was annoyed at me changing my length requirements. She didn't make me feel rushed at all! She understood I was tired from work and didn't push the talking but did try which I appreciated. She backed off when she saw I was not chatty. I love it when you find a good hair person who knows when to stop with the small talk. She did such a good job. I will be back for her to do my hair specifically !“
