Very impressed! Had a terrible stain on a beautiful white skirt, thought there was no way they’d be able to get it out, but figured it was at least worth a try in case they could make it a little less visible - just picked it up and it looks brand new, no idea how they got it out, but will definitely be back!

I’ve been really happy with alterations done at Frankie’s - my jeans were hemmed to the perfect length, and they took extra care to make sure the thread matched the original. Their dry cleaning services are also great - they were able to remove a stubborn stain from light cashmere. Their prices were reasonable, and the people working there have always been very friendly!
