Dana demolished six buildings for me in Westborough Ma. He finished on time and on budget. He maintained a safe and clean worksite at all times. Dana was very responsive. The majority of the building materials were up cycled (sold for reuse) or recycled. Would highly recommend Allied Wrecking.

Dana and his crew at Allied Wrecking were a life saver for me. I had a badly decaying garage on the property I had just bought and it would cost more to repair than to demolish. I wanted to increase the lot size anyways so demolition was the best option. It was a little more complicated than a straight demolition because the back wall and the extension wall were the divider between my property and Whole Foods. I had initially hired another contractor to do the job but it was one delay after another when it came to permitting and increases in the estimate. I had to go a different direction, I called up Dana after reading all his amazing reviews on Google , Yelp etc. He came down the same day, looked everything over and gave me an estimate that was lower than the other contractor so we made an agreement quickly. I could tell it was going to be much better working with him because he got right on it, submitting the permit request. This may have been the hardest time in history of securing a permit for any project given the restrictions with COVID. Dana actively followed up and left another job site when the inspector came to examine the property knowing he could answer any questions that may cause further delays. Within a week we had the elusive permit. Dana also made things much easier with the Whole Foods. They had balked at the other contractor saying it was going to take several weeks because it meant no one could park on the other side. Dana promised he could complete the demolition in a number of days and he did just that. He was also able to preserve the extension wall which the other contractor said would most likely have to come down as collateral damage. I was so happy with the results that I ended up hiring him and his team to do other projects back there. He built a new wall where the back of the of the garage using concrete at the bottom, a fence above it and then faux ivy covering the fence. It look beautiful and much less industrial now. He painted all the walls one consistent color. He paved the whole lot, cut down all the brush and weeds so that we have a great lot now which can accommodate 8-9 card when it used to be three or 4. I was so happy I asked him to do some other work around the property including painting the front and back doors, fixing windows, grates etc. The tenants are thrilled, the place has great curb appeal now and the lot and backyard area looks fantastic and there are no parking issues. Bottom line is the Allied team is professional, friendly, very cost-effective and they are take pride in their work and become very personally invested in the job as if it was their own property. Feel free to contact me for more info, before and after pics etc.
