I have never in my life posted a review on any company, that is until I dealt with Towne and counry I have had a problem with my heat and still do since December they said I needed a part as of February 14 the I'm still waiting my phone calls and texts have been ignored,in the rare case I did get someone they said I will call you back in an hour I'm still waiting, the owner called me 3 weeks ago and said he would be out personally to check things out I'm still waiting I am a senior citizen and a veteran who doesn't ask for much other than a little respect after all I am a PAYING CUSTOMER .being a senior I feel I am being ignored because seniors won't fight back all...read full review

John and others on his team have been servicing my high efficiency boiler for years and have done an outstanding job. My contractor recommended John for my Lochinvar furnace - he's not only certified to service this furnace type but goes out of his way service it on your schedule. Highly recommend.

I would give zero stars if I could. The main effluent pipe from my house was compromised from roots and cracks and needed to be replaced. Consequently, My family could not use sinks, toilets, or showers. I spoke to John and explained the issue. He said he would be there the next afternoon and agreed to call me either way. Never called and never showed. Called him that evening and he committed to being there the next morning. Never showed. I called and he didn't answer. Sent me a text later saying he wasn't going to make it until the following Monday at the earliest. I told him not to bother and found a much more honest and trust worthy plumber.
