Prompt service. Dory the receptionist was very pleasant. Paul took my x-rays and was very courteous. Dan, medical assistant was polite and friendly. Dr. Oliver was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I did not have a scheduled appointment but there was a concern brought to my attention while having physical therapy. I went upstairs, voiced my concern, and was told to have a seat. I was then informed the doctor will see me. The issue was taken care of as well as a few encouraging remarks regarding my knee replacement surgery. Dr. Oliver was attentive and put me to ease ..he is an outstanding surgeon.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Oliver and his team at BID Plymouth. My nurse never left my side in pre-op or post-op. Everyone I cam in contact with was courteous, and efficient. Dr. Oliver's office took care of arranging VNA services and my peri-operative experience went very smoothly.
