“These guys are the best. My old house had a problem in heavy storms with water spilling over the gutter. Everyone else I talked to simply said "get gutter guards " or " add another downspout" without really taking the time to figure out the problem. These guys spent the time to figure out that the gutters were not channeling water correctly and fixing it. They could have tried to sell me something that I didn't need but didn't. And they came out the day I called their office. Who does that ?!!!So if you want an honest evaluation of your gutters you have to give these guys a call.“

“I cannot begin to say how thorough and professional this company is under Paul. We had our residential roof replaced and Paul helped us from the start to choose the type of roof and color.A leak developed by the chimney and Paul responded extremely fast. After two attempts to fix the issue, Paul's team suspected that the chimney repointing and sealing was the cause. His team conducted an investigation of the brickwork and the chimney cap and photographed areas where they believed were missed by the company who sealed and repointed the chimney. They proved this by covering the chimney brickwork in a plastic tarp.Two reasonably heavy periods of rain resulted in no leaks indicating faulty repointing work. The chimney brickwork is still covered by the tarp until repointing can take place.Paul stands by his work and has been nothing but responsive and helpful. “I had my roof redone by Classic Metal Roofs and am very pleased with the results. The team worked through the day and did a good job of ensuring the site was clean at the end of each day. There was an issue with the amount of roofing material available to complete the job, but that was resolved within a week and the job completed in a timely fashion.On the whole, my wife and I are very pleased with the results. The snow last winter slid off the roof, meaning no more roof raking for me. The shake design has surprised many people who only think in terms of the raised seam roofing. “We hired Exteriors Unlimited to replace a roof damaged due to a powerful storm. The storm caused a tree to smash through our roof. Chad recognized the urgency for the roof to be replaced as soon as possible. He did everything he could to make sure his team was available quickly. Once at our house, Exteriors Unlimited was professional, made sure the roof was installed perfectly and clean up was meticulous. We did speak with other roofing companies, but Exteriors Unlimited, was the most honest and fair. The end result was quality work.“

“I just recently used Wicked Smart Exteriors to replace a roof and gutters on my property. I did some pretty extensive price shopping and ultimately Ryan was willing to work with me and find the right price. Ryan was incredibly easy to work with right from the start. He was responsive via email and phone and never once was pushy.During the installation, I noticed a few things that needed to be fixed and Ryan and his team were able to resolve them without an issue. After they completed the job, I noticed one of the exhaust vents on the roof was slightly slanted and I waited to pay them until that was completed. They were able to get to it within the week when the weather permitted and resolved the issue.What was most incredible to me was that most contractors finish the job and barely even give you the time to inspect the work. “I first got a quote from Vaillancourt Roofing for about $34,500 when my sister told me that we should look at Queen City Roofing. As I researched them, their reputation was stellar. We went with them, and the final cost was $19,500. Both quotes had a 50-year warranty, and the only differences were that Vaillancourt put a 4’ higher layer of the neoprene (I think) barrier, and they used Owens Corning shingles. Even though I do not know the names of name-brand shingles, I am 100% sure that Queen City Roofing also used an excellent brand, if for no other reason than they do not want to come back to do repairs. Anyway, those two little differences were not worth $15,000!! I also recommend using their recommended finance company as they were much easier to get what amounts to a high-dollar personal loan, than through my bank, for only 1% higher interest rate. Anyway, when they finally did the job, I was worried about how many nails would be left on the ground. Well, they did an incredible cleanup job. Based on the quotes I mentioned, you can imagine we have a very large roof, and so far, I have found 6 nails. They had 12 guys working that day, and did the whole roof in one day. They started at 7 a.m., and were done by 4:30! I cannot recommend them enough.“
