My furnace stopped working and they were able to come out and check it same day. Had to order a part, but they came back out the next day with it. Technicians both days were very nice and they did a great job. Heat is back up running again. My furnace was installed in 1997 by J&J and it’s had minimal issues through the years. Highly recommend them.

Today was the 3rd time Steve with J&J has been in my house - he was here today to insure we are ready for the cold weather. This guy is the best ! Steve is very conscientious and if I was going to allow someone in my home to work while I'm not here - it would be him. Steve tuned up my A/C last May - my wife's been freezing me out all summer.

My family and I were tired of window air conditioners and decided we wanted to look into installing mini splits. We called J&J as our first quote. It proved to be the only quote needed. Tom met with me and my family, explained the process, explained how many units we would need, sent a straight forward estimate, and explained how the mass save rebates would work. I then got to work getting a mass save home energy assessment. Through that process, Tom answered all my questions and booked the install.
