For the past 20 plus years, I HAD been doing business with another tax service located in Dracut. But the last 2 years I was not given the service one would expect after being a customer for a long time.Both of the last 2 years I was put off and for no reason other than they were busy, they gave me extensions on both years. Worse than that, my fee was DOUBLED last year. Looked for a new tax service and went to Gorman. Not only got my taxes done quickly but also for a reasonable price.
