“I inquired about getting an estimate to refinish my hardwood floors. Left inquiry yesterday afternoon, and within 1 hour I got a response from John. He asked for the best time to reach me, and called me in 20 minutes. Made the appointment for today at 9am and at 8:50am this morning he was in front of my door. “Very happy with the service we received from Dave and his team. Super helpful in the store, and very responsive throughout the process. Prices were great as well. They were extremely professional when installing the carpet in our house, wearing masks and cleaning up after themselves. We found a couple of small dirt stains in the carpet right after they left. We reached out to Dave and he sent someone over right away, no questions asked, to clean the dirt spots and make sure we were completely satisfied.
