Coolair has installed 2 new furnaces and air conditioning units over the years for the upstairs and downstairs in my house. I can them at anytime, day or night & my call is always answered. Most recently I called on a Friday night & Bill, the owner, came to resolve the problem. Coolair is a very responsive, caring company.
Heat stopped working for 1 of my three units. I had the tech come out to service the defective one and he fit me in for service on all 3 units. Technician was very polite, honest, and efficient. Thank you Cool Air!Service: Heating system repair
Bill Guptil was super accommodating on 3 different installations: 1. CoolAIR Co installed an A/C system in our 1920's house in Lowell. To minimize the duct work they installed 2 separate units: one with the air handler in the basement for downstairs cooling, and one with the air handler in the attic for cooling the second floor. Their quote was the least of 4 different companies. Bill recommended energy efficient units for which we received substantial rebates. They worked around the clutter in the basement and attic and cleaned up everything when they finished. The system functioned without problems for several years until we sold the house and moved to NH. As far as I know it's still working today. 2. When it came time to sell the house I didn't think it would sell with what was a coal fired boiler installed in the 20's and later converted to oil and then gas. CoolAIR replaced it with a new gas fired boiler and installed a new water heater too. They did a great job, including removing the enormous cast iron snow man boiler (aka ship boiler). 3. I have another house in which they installed a Mitsubishi mini-split A/C system. Again, a phenomenal job. Highly Recommended!
