“I reached out to On Top Roofing, because they did an excellent job on the roof of a triple decker in Worcester that my dad used to own. We had a complex job after a previous contractor's poor workmanship led to a major leak, which led to extensive water damage and lots of mold.

Tim worked well with me in explaining my options, helped me to troubleshoot other roof related issues, and come up with a good solution. The job was extra complicated in that the roof install needed to coordinate with the install of the siding and the windows. Tim was able to work with me and the siding/ window contractor, to make sure that the project was done in the correct order to ensure no further leaks.

Despite the complicated nature of this particular project. Tim and his crew were able to get the job done in a timely manner and maintain good communication throughout. I just went outside and walked the easily accessible rubber roof that was done almost a year ago and it still is looking great, with no obvious issues.
