I found Jon via Google search (his reviews are stellar & now we know why!) shortly after my husband and I closed on our first home. Jon was able to schedule with us on short notice, he was prompt, extremely friendly, trustworthy & even gave us a very informative lesson on a French door that we have, as well as lubricated it for us! Once he left, we accidentally locked ourselves out of one of our spare bedrooms— I called Jon and he was able to tell us exactly how to unlock it & if we were unsuccessful, he was willing to come right back to help us. I had the good fortune to find Ironside Locksmith through an online search, after closing on a new home. I was anxious to get my locks rekeyed and some deadbolts added, and John was able to come over promptly. He is very nice, upbeat and knowledgeable, and takes obvious pride in his business. He was prompt, worked quickly and did a great job, for a very competitive price. I'd call him again if the need arose and I highly recommend Ironside Locksmith!!
