I knew this company was the real deal since 2017, when another company wanted to sell us a new unit for thousands of dollars, but John diagnosed the problem as simply an obvious cut wire and fixed the existing unit. “We've been using Superior Oil for 15 years and have always been inpressed by how responsive they are if you have a problem. On weekends we have had them come when we had no heat.
