First experience here after being a regular customer at Parkway in West Roxbury. We were cajoled into a $500 transmission fluid flush with not even 30k miles on the odometer of a 2022 Corolla. We naively went along with the recommendation because the guy was friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about, and of course wanting to take the best possible care of the car, but it still felt weird since the 30k factory maintenance appointment we’d booked didn’t mention anything about a transmission flush. No dealership is perfect but I have to give a shoutout to the customer service manager, she walks around asking everyone if they need anything to drink or eat. Check in was easy. Ty went above and beyond to make sure my car got serviced well. Pricing for a sensor issue was a bit steep $1000.

I purchased my car today with Tien/ Tony! He was very nice and gave me all the information I needed before I brought my new car. He sold me my Corolla in 2016 so I had to come back to him again in 2024 to get the RAV4 hybrid. If you buy from him you are in good hands!
