I have been coming to the Hair Image for well over 16 years now. The service is exceptional. Prior to Hair Image I used to get my haircut at random places, and I used to dread it. Today, I actually look forward to getting my haircut. Mary is not only a wonderful, funny, and vibrant woman. She is a professional who really has outstanding relationships with her clients. I would highly recommend a visit as I assure you that you will not be disappointed. Did I mention I have since moved from the area to Cape Cod and yes, I drive over an hour to get my haircut and plan on doing so for the next 16 years.

I shouldn't even write a good review of Hair Image, because I'll never be able to get an appointment there, but Mary is so wonderful, I have to share. She is professional and always does a good job cutting my husband's hair as well as mine. She's a treasure!

Mary has been cutting my hair for for years now. I enjoy the convenience of the location. I’ve never had a problem parking on street or at the lot across the street.While I have kept a very similar style for some time, Mary always has great suggestions and will occasionally push me outside my normal “comfort zone.” I’ve always been pleased with the final outcome!I really enjoy going to get my hair cut at Hair Image on a regular basis In closing, Hair Image delivers as high a quality service as any of the best salons on Newbury street; but at only a fraction of the cost!
