We've been bringing our two young children to Skip Ells for the past year and couldn't be happier! All of the instructors there have exhibited true mastery of their discipline, care and effective teaching of our children, and are just great people. Our kids have learned great discipline and have become even more confident and incredible. My wife has done the adult classes and it's been a very positive experience, increasing her fitness and self defense confidence. I highly recommend Skip Ells!
