I had a company that literally took advantage of oil consumers (Petro). I switched to Scott's Oil and I believe in helping local businesses/owners. Scott oil places customers on a monthly rotation during oil burning months. You will never get caught without oil, and because you are rotated each month depending on usage, the bills appear more manageable because it's not an entire tank getting filled. I have been in situations where I needed emergency service, and was assisted same day. They also clean furnaces, replace parts, new installs etc. They are a reliable company. I'm keeping them!

New homeowner with a newborn you’re bound to forget things. We ran out of oil tonight and panicked. We called at least 10 oil company’s to do an emergency delivery of oil and Scott’s came through! We’re a first time customer and now we’re lifers they saved us tonight! Great service great people from the phone to the delivery at our home! I highly recommend these folks. Scott absolutely saved us ! He delivered oil when the current company in Swansea informed us the delivery we already paid for couldn’t come, and he came back to our house twice to service our furnace.. I believe it was his wife my husband spoke with on the phone, she was super sweet and very sympathetic regarding the situation, and he saved us on a holiday!!! Absolutely recommend this company!! Extremely friendly & professional!!!!!
