Team Ferreira installed an attic gable vent with an electric fan on a 35' high wall with-no-direct-line to the top AND also replaced an old horizontal skylight requiring a detailed new installation. They took care that ladders were not rested on gutters, and their tips were wrapped to prevent scuff marks on walls; all work areas were left clean. Adrian and his on-site leads-Marcel, Antonio together with other teammates did a fantastic job; they will do all that is possible to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. “We had called several roofing companies and no one would get back to us. All seasons roofing was recommended by our insurance rep. Being the middle of winter, she to snow, it took a couple weeks before they could come inspect the roof and give us a quote. As soon as we had good weather, they told us the day they would be coming to our house. They came first thing in the morning and started stripping off the old shingles immediately. Other than a lunch break, they worked through the entire day and finished out roof. We have not had great luck when it came to contractors or construction companies in the past. I came across United S A Construction after looking outside my normal contractor connections. I was very cautious about using someone that I didn't know. Cesar was quick to get back to me and we scheduled a time for him to look at the job. After looking at the job the quote was emailed to me immediately and the job was very competitively priced. Still cautious, I decided to pull the trigger. Cesar told me he would be at my property the following Monday at 8am and he and his crew were there right on time. The job move quickly and a minor misunderstanding on my part was discussed professionally and a reasonable solution was reached without a problem. “Jeff, Bruce and the crew did a fantastic job for us. We hired them to strip 20 year old vinyl and all the underlying original siding on our 50 year old house down to the sheathing. We wanted to start fresh and be sure there was no hidden wood rot. The crew took their time and fully stripped all the siding and replaced a fair amount of the plywood sheathing which did have some significant areas of rot. They then wrapped the house in Tyvek and laid a new exterior of cedar impressions shingles along with Aztec trim board around the window trim, etc. At each turn they invited input or requests from us and always made sure we were happy with the work. The work was finished on time despite the scope of the effort and on budget. I would hire them again for any future work and highly recommend Jeff Willette and his crew to anyone considering their services.“

“Ray and Nathan were excellent to work with, very competitively priced with excellent, top notch quality of work. We live in PA and needed a roof replacement on a home we own in RI. We contacted five companies for roof replacement quotes including B&R Fournier for a quote at the recommendation of a family member. We did our homework up front on roofing products and what information to ask regarding a roof replacement. Ray and Nathan were very easy to work with throughout the quoting process which was primarily done by phone, txt and email while we were in PA. They were very responsive to all our questions, provided valuable advice and suggestions, and were very quick with quote updates as we finalized what we wanted and made this process less stressful for us. After reviewing all requested quotes, we decided to work with B&R Fournier due to our experience working with them during the quoting process, their very competitively priced quote and their willingness to work with us on scheduling so that we could be in town during the work. The roof replacement including skylights went very well. Work crews were very punctual and polite. They worked very hard and did an excellent job accommodating the erratic, unpredictable weather we had including working late to prepare the work space for possible unpredictable weather overnight. The final job was completed excellently and looked great. Clean-up was very thorough. Overall, we were very happy working with B&R Fournier and Ray and Nathan. The entire process went very well.
