This salon is amazing! I got my hair done and wanted to cover my previous color darker and also add a blonde money piece. I was not happy with the results of the hair and I’m normally the person to not complain or reach out when I’m unsatisfied in situations liked this. But it was expensive and disappointing. When I reached out to Susanna the owner she was very understanding and had me come back in to get it fixed for free. She didn’t charge me at all and also gave me a free haircut. I was beyond happy with the results.she gave me exactly what I asked for and even went above. Highly recommend coming here

This review is a big thank you to everyone at New Image. Stephanie took time before I made my appointment to talk over my options for managing my grey hair coming through. Monica, who colored and cut my hair, did an absolutely beautiful job from start to finish, paying attention to my hair type and how to keep it healthy. I am truly impressed by her skill, and I LOVE my new look.

Searched for a salon on cape that could serve kids and found a review for New Image that indicated they had high reviews for kids cuts. I called for an appointment for my 2 1/2 year old grandson who was visiting the cape and had never had a professional cut. The salon said that Kara was the best. Lucky to have snagged a cancellation appointment with her and she sure didn't disappoint. It was such a positive and fun experience and our boy, Jay, just loved every minute of Kara's amazing attention and warm, wonderful manner. Plus, the hair style turned him from a toddler to a handsomely groomed "little / big boy." Thank you, Kara, for making this experience a big win for all and for treating Jay like he was one of your own. You are truly a caring, sweet woman and a fantastic professional.
