Ken is an expert home inspector! He walked us through everything he saw in our 150 year old farmhouse down to saw blade marks in the basement that could help date the house. He also ranked for us what repairs were needed for safety and this helped us negotiate during the purchase. Both my husband and I enjoyed his personality and presentation of the information. Scott Salzman and his team (Adrian and Micah) took on our project last minute when most painters told us to expect serious delays. His quote was much less than other professionals in the area. Fortunately, we did not have to sacrifice quality! The guys did three layers of paint including a special primer. What really amazed me was that they hand sanded the entire house, so the finish is perfectly smooth! The guys were really nice, chill, and unobtrusive. They completed this painting marathon in 17 days, which I found very impressive considering the size and condition of the house. All of our neighbors were amazed! Our house is the talk of the town. Amazing aesthetic improvement for a relatively small price. I would highly recommend Scott’s team!I bought a house that had been neglected. The paint was peeling and discolored. Half of the house was banana cream yellow from sun exposure, and the shade side was a nasty scrambled egg yellow. A significant portion of the siding was rotten. Not only did they make the house look new, they repaired and shined my gutters for a small price. I am so relieved to avoid the expense of replacing the gutters!Services: Door painting
