“I own several triple deckers in the Boston area and have had BRC Renovations do a complete roof replacement on on about two years ago. The job was completed on time and at a very reasonable price and I've had no problems since. At the same time they rebuilt the chimney from the roof deck up. They removed all the debris and kept the area clean on a daily basis. I have had them do various repairs at another similar flat roof building as well and I will have them do a complete roof replacement on that building within the year.I can't emphasize how important it is to me that they are responsive to emergency requests for fast turn-around repairs as well as top quality workmanship.“

Our most recent project was building two natural stone patios in a geographically-difficult location. Our house was built on bedrock outcroppings in Weymouth. There are many tiered levels to our property, but Joe and his crew made it work for a reasonable cost. Luckily we did not have to rent cranes, unlike what another contractor was recommending! “This was the best experience with a contractor of any kind we've ever had. Ioannis was a fantastic manager during the kitchen reno. He gave us a time frame of when he'd start the work, started on time and finished on time. Every step of the way we knew what was going and who was going to be in our kitchen and when so we were able to plan around it. Prices were very reasonable. We added on a few extra little things, and they got done with no problems, extensions or significant extra cost. He also helped us make a case to a vendor who sold us the wrong size counter/sink combo; other contractors may have just shoved it in and grouted in then wiped his hands of the job, but here we got real advice and support. Really, we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen and the whole experience!“

It appears possible that the new/originally is originating from my neighboring townhome side.update September 2021: Unfortunately, I had another water leak in the exact same area that they had tried to fix. I tried contacting the owner Eric a few times by email and voicemail and he did not respond.I rely heavily on reviews myself. Based on the reviews for this provider, I chose them. My experience was entirely consistent with the others. This is an outstanding company. I would highly recommend them. I will certainly use them in the future. I used them three years ago to repair significant water damage from the leak. The total cost for this damage was approximately $13,000. They did a very good job and I was very happy with their work. A few months ago I had another leak from a faulty appliance installation. I also had some additional water damage in the corner of the basement which it was unclear where the water was coming from. They were able to diagnose and reproduce the leak. John did a fair amount of the work. I'm hoping he gets a nice raise in the future. He is an amazing worker. Everyone we worked with was great. I hope I do not have to work with them again for a water leak. If I do have any future issues I will definitely call them up. For the most recent work, the total charge was approximately $13,000. While this is a lot of money, I do think they are fairly priced and provide great quality.Services: Exterior painting“
