I recently visited Total Image Day Spa for a haircut and highlights, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and offered a beverage while I waited for my appointment.My stylist, Linda, was not only skilled but also attentive and listened carefully to what I wanted. She offered valuable suggestions and took the time to explain the process before starting. The best neighborhood salon and spa around. I have had a lot of experience going to hair salons in my 84 years of life. Ok, I didn't go as a youngster, but I have been to salons locally, in town Boston and to salons in various suburbs around the Boston metropolitan area. So believe me when I say that Total Image Day Spa is professional, knowledgeable, attractive, and always clean. The staff is friendly and never put-on.
