I was visiting a friend for the weekend and we decided to practice at Stil Studio.The yoga room is located on the second floor in a beautiful classic style building. Tall ceilings, airy, bright, wood floors and very clean. The store on the first floor with a bohemian vibe was also part of the studio.We attended Vinyasa, taught by Tatiana, and Fluid, taught by Meredith.I enjoyed the classes, the teaching styles, the adjustments and the overall peaceful and friendly atmosphere of the place. Will return again when in Dedham.Thank you for welcoming us!

Upon entering still studio you can't help but feel more relaxed. The instructors and ambiance are amazing! I've had body work from Betty and came out feeling rejuvenated and energized .I can't recommend this place highly enough!
